Explanation: Well, as you can see, this is my version of "The Creation of Adam" by Michelangelo. My idea was show me, creating (instead of God), but stills at the human side. For who don't knows, the shape portrayed behind the figure of God an anatomically accurate picture of the human brain. So, if my characters are creations from my brain, then they're there!
It's supposed to be my ID... o.O
These are me (on the left) and my characters Zagard, Salukia, Liana, Kaliza (as a child), Bolinho, Cyan (as a child too) and Zagard again (as a child).
Hope you like it as I liked to make it! (made by my beloved Intuos 4 )
this is absolutely incredible. i've seen some incredible works in my short life but nothing like this. the thought, imagination, and effort that was put into this art makes it a true masterpiece. If you like really detailed pictures and something that the artist really puts their time and effort into i highly recommend this artist. The use of colours and technique makes her art stand out from all the others. And using Michelangelo's technique and forming it into her own idea is truly amazing. Every time i gaze at this piece i always find something new and interesting to look at. Truly amazing piece.
I love this piece! At first glance I wondered if this idea would be overshadowed by the controversy it would arise in some. But your comment not only put my mind at ease, it also gave the piece more depth and meaning for me to digest.
It is clever and well thought out. I also think the concept stands out so brightly that the technique and execution dims in comparison. I had to look at at it for while after reading your comment to once again to examine your style. Needless to say, it is beautifully illustrated.
It's refreshing to see a piece from time to time that is more than just illustrated well.
I was looking around for images based of Michelangelo's "Creation" when I found this beautiful picture. An awesome creation of its own. Truly a splendid work!
